  "heading": "Temporary requirement for electricity generators to make payments",
  "text": "(1) Regulations under section 16 may not require an electricity generator to make a periodic payment in respect of a period that expires after the end of the period of 5 years beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.\n(2) The Secretary of State may by regulations amend this paragraph so as to substitute a longer period for the period specified for the time being in sub-paragraph (1).\n(3) Regulations under this paragraph are subject to the affirmative procedure.",
