  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, issued free of charge, amend Schedules 1, 2 and 4 to the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014 to correct drafting errors. Those Regulations implement Article 8(4) to (6) of Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency.\nAn impact assessment has not been prepared for these Regulations as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen. An Explanatory Memorandum is available alongside these Regulations on www.legislation.gov.uk.",
