# The Energy Supply Company Administration (Amendment) Rules 2013, Rule 2: Amendment of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013


In rule 10 of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013 (manner in which service to be effected)—
(a) in paragraph (6)(a) for “Part 4 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000” substitute “Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”; and
(b) in paragraph (6)(b)(ii)(bb) after “Part 4” insert “or Part 4A”.
