  "heading": "Expressions used generally",
  "text": "(1) In these Rules expressions defined in section 102 of the 2011 Act have the meanings given to them in that section.\n(2) A reference in these Rules to a numbered form is to the form so numbered in Schedule 1 to these Rules.\n(3) In these Rules—\n“Business day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday in any part of Great Britain under or by virtue of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 ; a “certificate of service” means a certificate of service verified by a statement of truth;\n“costs officer” has the meaning given to it in CPR Part 43;\n“File in court” means deliver to the court for filing;\n“The Gazette” means the London Gazette;\n“Gazetted” means advertised once in the Gazette;\n“Practice direction” means a direction as to the practice and procedure of any court within the scope of the CPR;\n“Prescribed part” has the same meaning as it does in section 176A(2) of the 1986 Act and the Insolvency Act 1986 (Prescribed Part) Order 2003 ;\n“Standard contents” means—\n(a)in relation to a notice to be gazetted, the contents specified in Rule 180; and\n(b)in relation to a notice to be advertised in any other way, the contents specified in Rule 183;\na “statement of truth” means a statement of truth in accordance with CPR Part 22; a “witness statement” means a witness statement verified by a statement of truth in accordance with CPR Part 22.",
