# The Enforcement of Road Traffic Debts (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Enforcement of Road Traffic Debts (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st June 2001.
(2) In this Order a reference to an article by number alone is a reference to the article so numbered in the Enforcement of Road Traffic Debts Order 1992.
