# The Enforcement of Road Traffic Debts (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 4: Amendments to the Enforcement of Road Traffic Debts Order 1993


In article 1(2)—
(a) in the definition of “specified debts”, omit “Part II”;
(b) after the definition of “the 1991 Act”, insert:—
“;
“the 1996 Act” means the London Local Authorities Act 1996.”
