  "text": "For article 3(2), substitute—\n“(2) In paragraph (1) “the time for serving a statutory declaration” means, as the case may be—\n(a) the period of 21 days allowed by—\n(i) paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 6 to the 1991 Act; or\n(ii) paragraph 10(1)(c) of Schedule 1 to the 1996 Act; or\n(b) where a longer period has been allowed pursuant to—\n(i) paragraph 8(4) of Schedule 6 to the 1991 Act; or\n(ii) paragraph 10(4) of Schedule 1 to the 1996 Act,\nthat period.”.",
