  "text": "(1) Section 15ZA (duty in respect of education and training for persons over compulsory school age: England) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.\n(2) In subsection (1), for “local authority in England” substitute “relevant authority”.\n(3) In the following provisions, for “local authority” substitute “relevant authority”—\n(a) subsection (2);\n(b) subsection (3), in the words before paragraph (a);\n(c) in subsection (4), in the words before paragraph (a);\n(d) in subsection (5), in the words before paragraph (a);\n(e) in subsection (9).",
