# English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Paragraph 16: Levelling-Up and Regeneration Act 2023

In section 91 (interpretation of chapter), in the definition of “relevant planning authority”, after paragraph (e) insert—
“(ea) the mayor (if any) of a combined authority,
(eb) the mayor (if any) of a combined county authority,”.
