# English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Paragraph 4

Status: prospective

In section 70 (determination of applications: general considerations), in subsection (4), in the definition of “relevant authority”, after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) the mayor of a mayoral combined authority;
(bb) the mayor of a mayoral combined county authority;”.
