  "text": "In section 230, after subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by sections 226 and 227, any power of a combined authority or CCA to acquire land under those sections, whether compulsorily or by agreement, shall include power to acquire land required for giving in exchange for land appropriated under section 229.”",
