# English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Paragraph 36: Acquisition of land by agreement

After section 333ZA of the GLAA 1999 insert—
“Acquisition of land by agreement
333ZAA The Authority may acquire land in Greater London by agreement for the purposes of housing or regeneration.”
