# English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Paragraph 17

In section 56 (licensing authority’s duty to update licence document), in subsection (1), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) a London licensing authority, in relation to a premises licence, is subject to a direction under section 41ZB (directions by Mayor of London),”.
