# English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W

In section 3 (licensing authorities), after subsection (1) insert—
“(1A) In this Act, “London licensing authority” means each of the following licensing authorities—
(a) the council of a London borough,
(b) the Common Council of the City of London,
(c) the Sub-Treasurer of the Inner Temple, or
(d) the Under-Treasurer of the Middle Temple.”
