  "text": "(1) LGA 2000 is amended in accordance with this paragraph.\n(2) In section 9KC (resolution of local authority), in subsection (4), in the words before paragraph (a), for “5 years” substitute “4 years”.\n(3) In section 9MF (further provision with respect to referendums)—\n(a) in subsection (1), in the words before paragraph (a), for “ten years” substitute “4 years”;\n(b) in subsection (3B), for “10 years” substitute “4 years”;\n(c) in subsection (3E)(a), for “10 years” substitute “4 years”.",
