In paragraph 6—
(a) in sub-paragraph (2), after “one” insert “mayoral”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (3), after the definition of “local government elector” insert—
““mayoral vote” has the meaning given by paragraph 4(1) (as read with sub-paragraph (3) of that paragraph).”
