# English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Paragraph 14

In section 101 (enforcement)—
(a) in subsection (1), for “appropriate authority” substitute “Welsh Ministers”;
(b) in subsection (3), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—
“(a) a Measure or Act of Senedd Cymru, or
(b) an instrument made under such a Measure or Act.”;
(c) omit subsection (4).
