(b) in subsection (2)(b)—
(i) omit sub-paragraph (i);
(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), omit “in Wales”;
(c) in subsection (4), for “appropriate authority” substitute “Welsh Ministers”;
(d) in subsection (5), for “appropriate authority” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.
