  "text": "(1) Section 104 (as amended by paragraph 4 of this Schedule) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.\n(2) In subsection (9), for “combined authorities that are not established mayoral strategic authorities” substitute “non-mayoral combined authorities”.\n(3) In subsection (9A), for “combined authorities that are established mayoral strategic authorities” substitute “mayoral combined authorities”.\n(4) Omit subsection (9B).",
