# English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, Paragraph 5: Section 107C: deputy mayors

In section 107C(3), after paragraph (c) insert—
“(d) the person ceases to be deputy mayor by virtue of paragraph 8 of Schedule 5AA.”
