In Schedule 5BA (inserted by Schedule 3 to this Act), in paragraph 9—
(a) in paragraph (d), omit “or”;
(b) after paragraph (d) insert
“, or
(da) the person ceases to be a commissioner by virtue of paragraph 8 of Schedule 5AA, or”
