Section 117 of LDEDCA 2009 (orders and regulations) is amended in accordance with subsections (2) to (5).

(2)

In subsection (2) for “An order to which subsection (2A) applies” substitute “Subject to subsections (2A) and (3), an order under this Part”.

In subsection (2A)—

(a)

for “This subsection applies to an order under this Part other than—” substitute “Subsection (2) does not apply to—”;

(b)

before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)

an order under section 107FA,”;

(c)

in paragraph (b), omit the second “or”;

(d)

after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

an order under section 113E,”.

(e)

at the end of paragraph (c) insert
