  "text": "(1) This Act extends to England and Wales only.\n(2) That is subject to the following provisions of this section.\n(3) Any amendment or repeal has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.\n(4) But section 24 and Schedule 7 extend to England and Wales only.",
