  "heading": "Responsible licensing authority to be notified of suspension",
  "text": "(1) This section applies if—\n(a) an enforcement officer gives a suspension notice in respect of a licence, and\n(b) the responsible licensing authority is not the licensing authority which appointed or authorised the officer.\n(2) The enforcement officer must notify the responsible licensing authority of the suspension before the end of the period of 24 hours beginning with the time when the notice was given.\n(3) The Secretary of State may, by regulations, make provision about—\n(a) the form or contents of notifications under this section;\n(b) the manner in which notifications under this section are to be given.",
