  "text": "(1) Before making regulations under sections 71 to 73, the Secretary of State must consult such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.\n(2) Regulations under this Chapter may amend or repeal provision made by an Act of Parliament passed before, or in the same session as, this Act.\n(3) Regulations under sections 71 to 73 are subject to affirmative resolution procedure.\n(4) Regulations under—\n(a) section 77(7), or\n(b) section 80(11),\nare subject to affirmative resolution procedure.\n(5) Regulations under this Chapter which amend or repeal provision made by an Act of Parliament (whether or not they also contain other provision) are subject to affirmative resolution procedure.\n(6) Any other regulations under this Chapter are subject to negative resolution procedure.",
