  "text": "The non-metropolitan county named in each Part of the Schedule to this order shall be divided into the districts identified by reference numbers in column (1) of that Part and each such district shall comprise the areas specified in respect thereof (by reference to administrative areas existing immediately before the passing of the Act) in column (2) of that Part.",
