  "text": "And if the heir of entail who shall succeed to an entailed estate upon which improvements have been made, shall have right to a claim of debt arising from the making of such improvements as next of kin, or by the will or settlements of the heir of entail who expended the money; in every such case, the claim of debt shall and is hereby declared to be extinguished for ever, and shall never be set up as a debt against any succeeding heir.",
