  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Amendment of Section 58 Considerations) Order 2025 and comes into force on 24th July 2025.\n(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002.\n(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
