In section 130 of the Act (index of defined expressions)f1, insert at the appropriate place—
| “News media | Section 58(2F)”, |
| “News media enterprise | Paragraph 20A(5A) of Schedule 8”, and |
| “News programme | Section 58(2G)”. |
