# The Enterprise Act 2002 and Media Mergers (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 2: Consumer Credit Act 1974


(1) The Consumer Credit Act 1974 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 4 paragraph 37 is repealed.
