# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5 and Amendment) Order 2003, Article 2: Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2003


(1) Schedule 2 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) For the words “section 270 (fees)” there is substituted “section 270(3)”.
(3) The words “section 271 (Insolvency Services Account: interest)” are omitted.
