# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2004, Article 2: Appointed day


The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to the Enterprise Act 2002 for all remaining purposes is the day after the day on which this Order is made.
