Paragraph 1 Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

The Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967f1 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 4 (relevant tribunals for purposes of section 5(7)), there is inserted at the appropriate place—
“Competition Appeal Tribunal constituted under section 12 of the Enterprise Act 2002.”.
