# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2003, Paragraph 19: Solicitors' lncorporated Practices Order 1991


(1) The Solicitors' Incorporated Practices Order 1991 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (statutes which apply to recognised bodies) the reference to the Fair Trading Act 1973 is revoked.
