Paragraph 22 Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994

The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994f1 is amended as follows.

In section 82 (short title, commencement and extent), in subsection (2)(e) the words “sections 93A and 133 of the Fair Trading Act 1973,” are repealed.
