# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2003, Paragraph 23: Energy Information (Refrigerators and Freezers) Regulations 1994


(1) The Energy Information (Refrigerators and Freezers) Regulations 1994 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 6 (offences, enforcement and other matters) paragraph 15(3)(b) is revoked.
