# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2003, Paragraph 3: Agricultural Marketing (Northern Ireland) Order 1982


(1) The Agricultural Marketing (Northern Ireland) Order 1982 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 8 the entry relating to section 90(6) of the Fair Trading Act 1973 is revoked.
