# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2003, Paragraph 37: Transport Act 2000


(1) The Transport Act 2000 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 88 (CAA’s 1998 Act functions), in subsection (3) for the word “1973” there is substituted the word “2002”.
