The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000f1 is amended as follows.

paragraph (2)(a) and (b) is revoked;
(b)
paragraph (3) is revoked; and
(c)
paragraph (4) is revoked.
(3)
Article 31 is revoked.
