# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2003, Paragraph 4: Transport Act 1985


(1) The Transport Act 1985 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 114 (monopoly references with respect to bus services), subsection (2) is repealed.
