# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2003, Paragraph 42: Energy Efficiency (Ballasts for Fluorescent Lighting) Regulations 2001


(1) The Energy Efficiency (Ballasts for Fluorescent Lighting) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 3 (offences, enforcement and other matters), paragraph 12(3)(b) is revoked.
