# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2003, Paragraph 5: Airports Act 1986


(1) The Airports Act 1986 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 36 (interpretation of part IV, etc), in subsection (1) the definitions of “the 1973 Act” and “the 1980 Act” are repealed.
