  "text": "(1) The Companies (Disclosure of Information) (Designated Authorities) Order 1988 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 2 (designation of authorities and specification of functions)—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for the words “and the Competition Act 1998” are substituted the words “, the Competition Act 1998 and the Enterprise Act 2002”;\n(b) in paragraph (b) for the words “and the Competition Act 1998” are substituted the words “, the Competition Act 1998 and the Enterprise Act 2002”.",
