# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Transitory Provisions) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Consequential and Transitory Provisions) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
