# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Enforcement Undertakings and Orders) Order 2006, Article 3: Specification


(1) The undertakings described in Schedule 1 to this Order, which have been accepted by the Secretary of State under section 88 of the 1973 Act, are specified for the purposes of paragraphs 15(1), 15(3)(a) and 16(1) of Schedule 24 to the Act.
(2) The orders described in Schedule 2 to this Order, which were made by the Secretary of State under section 56 of the 1973 Act, are specified for the purposes of paragraphs 15(2), 15(3)(b) and 17(1) of Schedule 24 to the Act.
