In section 123 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (interpretation of Chapter II)—
(a) in subsection (1)(c)(i)—
(i) omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii) at the end add “or the company enters administration”, and
(b) in subsection (2)(c)(i)—
(i) omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii) at the end add “or the company enters administration”.
