# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Insolvency) Order 2003, Paragraph 42

Extent: E+W+S

In regulation 9B(2) of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 1982 (insolvency of employer)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a)(iii)—
(i) omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii) after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”, and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b)(iii)—
(i) omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii) after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”.
