# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Insolvency) Order 2003, Paragraph 44

In regulation 7(4) of the Statutory Maternity Pay (General) Regulations 1986 (liability of Commissioners of Inland Revenue to pay Statutory Maternity Pay)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a)(iii)—
(i) omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii) after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”, and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b)(iii)—
(i) omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii) after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”.
