# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Insolvency) Order 2003, Paragraph 78

In regulation 6(b) of the General Insurance Reserves (Tax) Regulations 2001 (excluded descriptions of general insurer) omit “section 8 of the Act or” and at the end add “or a company which is in administration within the meaning of Schedule B1 to the Act”.
