# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993) (Consequential Amendment) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993)(Consequential Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 9th February 2005.
